Cosmos around a man

Dog sunbathing in a yard, doing nothing but soaking up the sun.
Maybe it's thinking, 'The sun is mine.' The dog is living on the earth, in the light, in the heat and in the wind.

I'm not a dog. But I am also alive, made alive and breathing.
Humans can't help doing something, anguishing how to live, how to step forward.

That is good. But why not discard yourself; let your 2 trillion body cells disperse.
Then the cosmos would come in through your body.

Your body would become a conduit of the cosmos. Your body would become a body of 'free entry and exit'.
~Enter the cosmos, exit a trivial self~
